This is an awesome boat for the money. I am only selling it because I am getting a new Pro Line 251. It is in excellent condition and only has about 220 hours on it. It is kept in Phoenix, AZ in a covered parking space and spends most of its time in fresh water lakes. I had it in San Diego for several weeks this summer and it proved itself as a great fishing platform. It is very economical on gas which allows you to run fast to the next spot in search of fish or fly past everyone else on the way home. Everyone who saw it in San Diego said it was one of the nicest 231's they have seen- including a local Pro Line salesman. People at the dock thought it was a brand new boat. It even turns a lot of heads at the lake. This boat has been meticulously maintained and serviced. I take it to my mechanic (who was an 8-time offshore racing world champion) and say "fix anything you see wrong or that you think might go wrong". I don't like problems offshore so I have him check everything for reliability. I have gone through and upgraded and replaced everything I could think of to make this boat "bulletproof"! When you add up the cost of all of the options on this boat, you will figure out why it is really a bargain. Most of the expensive stuff was put on this summer to get ready for my San Diego trip- so it is still like new. Don't buy one of these boats without checking mine out.
